VividSpaces was built for owners losing money to void periods, late payments and the daily demands of managing a home themselves. The answer we offer is structural rather than promotional: we take the property on ourselves, for years at a time, and carry the risk that used to sit with the landlord.

How the arrangement actually works
The parts that matter to a landlord, stated plainly enough to hold you to them.
The terms
- We are named on the lease ourselves, as the tenant, on a company let of three to five years
- The rent is agreed in writing before you sign and does not change for the term
- Nothing is deducted from it: no management fee, no letting fee, no void months
- Repairs, cleaning, inspections and every occupant call run through our office
- You keep the mortgage, the buildings insurance, the freeholder obligations and the final say on major works
What we do not have yet
Two things a landlord would reasonably look for, and the honest position on both.
Reviews. There are none on this site. We would rather show you nothing than something we invented. If it would help, ask and we will put you on the phone with a landlord we already work with.
Photographs. We do not publish stock images of homes we do not manage. Property information here is set as text until there are real photographs to show.
